⭐️ TALENT to CEO program

In a fast-paced environment like Vertex Mastery, our elite team are often required to play a more all-round role to meet the needs of the business growth. Therefore, instead of hiring specific positions with specific job scopes, we introduced the 'TALENT to CEO/HOD' Program.

In our 'PA to CEO' Program, we bring in talented individuals to shadow particular role(s) and learn from Executives/HOD/seniors in the company. Progression is based on his/her ability to accomplish tasks and results.

🌟 VM Internship Program

If you are still in studying phase, we have something for you too! We welcome interns who are challenge-driven and passionate about getting exposure in a fast-growing environment like Vertex Mastery. Similar to our PA to CEO program, our interns will shadow particular roles in VM and will have the opportunities to learn about different job scopes and responsibilities. 

In VM, we believe age does not determine how much one can contribute & progress. As long as you show performance and results, you stand an equal opportunity to progress and stay long-term in the company. Interns are also entitled to performance rewards and commissions as long as you deliver results.
