Our business model is unique in that it's using a reverse auction to get the best personal loan offers to our customers - essential in a lending market that lacks transparency. We are the only player in APAC offering this model, which has been proven to win in many other countries. On top, we personally guide our customers throughout the entire customer journey until loan disbursement - an experience which delights our customers.
For borrowers, Lendela is the only solution offering multiple tailor-made offers from just one loan application, saving time while increasing chances of successfully getting a loan. On average, we're able to save our customers a whopping 15 percentage points on yearly interest, plus ensure they have a viable, legal alternative to loan sharks or too expensive loans. As a result, our customers love our service: we have 5/5 and 4.9/5 Google review ratings for our SG and HK ventures. Banks also love partnering with us.
