- Founded in 1940's as a sole proprietor by the Heng family.
- In the 1960's, ventured into Soap Bar manufacturing.
- In the 1970's, diversified into Chemicals Trading & Distribution.
- In 1975 was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under its present name.
- Today, the Company has shareholders' Fund exceeding Ringgit Malaysia 50 millions.
