STS started as KSLEE Agency under the capable leadership of our founder; Mr Lee Kian San in 2001. At that time there were just 15 life planners who worked towards a common goal of helping customers achieve peace of mind in their life.

​KSLEE agency began to grow throughout the years with more young life planners who aspire to become successful entrepreneurs. With the immense support and strong culture, KSLEE develop talents within the agency and was rebranded to STS in 2013 with over 60 active life planners. STS is dedicated to accepting challenges in the industry and rewarding dedicated individuals who are commited to the profession of the insurance industry. 

​STS is uniquely diverse with life planners of different races and each with their own strengths. It is this diversity and unity that drives STS to grow towards achieving a stronger presence in the industry - by developing young and successful entrepreneurs as well as to service customers with integrity and care.
