Why We're Awesome
Kumpulan Aplikasi Sempurna Sdn. Bhd (Aplikasi) is a tech startup that is heavily invested in digital transformation and adamant in providing the best solution for its audience using the latest technologies.
Here at Aplikasi, we know that productivity is not governed by fixed hours and most often than not, flexibility has done us so much good. When you join the family, expect no dictation on the working hours. Hey, as long as the job gets done, who are we to question you, right?
We also take people who shares our passion into the family. We value what you have to say; always, regardless of the topic, and sometimes it’s not even work-related. If you don’t mind having your intelligence be fully utilised and appreciated here, talking about sports and dramas, playing badminton and ping pong, then we are the right fit for you.

Every company has at least one value or culture they hold to. We were pretty loose on those things but if we were to interpret them in writing, this is how it will look like:

We don't like to stay at one place for too long. We are jumpy, uneasy, and we are constantly hungry for change.; to adapt, to evolve, to lead. And sometimes maybe it's the coffee

There's no boundary for you here. You want to do something? Do it. Daily work bores you? Then you are not doing it right. Yu have your own designation, sure. But why limit yourself there?
4. No Idea Is Bad Idea
We ask you to join the family because we want your brain, we want to know what you think. So, don't be afraid to voice it out. Hey, you think our marketing idea is entirely from the Content Strategist? Heh.
5. Play Nice
True, you have the freedom to work anywhere, you are encouraged to to voice out your thoughts and disagree with others; there's nothing wrong with that. But, how you do it matters. Remember, argue to solve the problem, not to win.
