Accordia started as a contact center technology provider in the year 2010 where the team develop, market and implement its own contact center solutions to small and mid-size contact centers. In 2016, the company expanded its solution to Cloud Contact Center and in 2017 launched it’s Virtual and Tech BPO services. Traditional BPO is still very labour-intensive today. The rising cost of operations and people have caused the once “Cost Effective” outsourced labour force a thing of the past and are becoming too expensive for the outsourcing company.
