Job Description

• If you are self-driven, enjoy crafting customised business solutions, and the excitement of signing new clients, you are exactly who we are looking for. • Kevo works with clients from all industries on incredibly varied projects so we hope to give you entire new worlds to explore. • This of course will also mean that you have to be willing to adapt to new and constantly changing needs. • We are a young team but with incredible amount of collective experience and have been growing very fast despite only having just entered the market. We hope that you will want to join us on this journey. Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: • Prospecting – finding new clients to go after which includes: researching which clients would be good to bring aboard, finding the right person in the company to talk to, finding out all the basic details (website, address, phone number, etc.) • Setting up meetings – nerves of steel and persistence while still maintaining a soft touch – more meetings means more clients which means more growth for you and the company • Preparing decks – work with our Creative team to create custom decks to suit individual client needs • Closing clients – work closely with our Head of Business Development to get the official signatures and paperwork done and close the deal. • Existing clients – work with the Managing Director of the office to cost and close any new projects • Proficiency in communication is essential in sharing information with the client as well as the rest of the team • Must have a high degree of ownership and accountability • Must be highly organized

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience: • 1-2 years sales experience • A drive for business development and creating custom solutions • Stamina – the ability to power through the ebbs and flows of sales • Agency experience, especially in digital marketing, is highly valued • The ability to understand client needs and address them • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Communication and Interpersonal Skills Specific skill set: • Powerpoint/Keynote, Excel, Google Docs, Word (required) • Salesforce/Zoho (preferred) Minimum Education Requirements: • University Degree in any related field Any other skill set: • Ping pong, LEGO, Libation, NERF Guns, Fishing, Boating, Gaming, Billiards, Golf, Tennis, Diving, Bowling, Movies, Music, Cooking, Singing, Strumming the Guitar – a minimum of 4 is preferred.
