Job Description
- Manage customers and suppliers billing.
- Manage daily sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up to-date.
- Manage a full set account in daily accounting operations and experienced in month-end closing (Sales & Purchases Adjustments, Provisions & etc.)
- Able to extract relevant data and summarizing current financial status in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Any other assignments and duties as given by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting
- Min 1-2 years working experiences
- 1 -2 years experience in related F&B field
- Computer literate with working knowledge of XERO accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under tight deadline or pressure and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Possess keen eyes for details, good written skill and communication skill.
