Responsibilities
• Support marketing campaigns in planning and execution.
• Research current marketing trends related to the coffee/café, F&B industry.
• Participate in marketing brainstorm sessions and contribute relevant ideas.
• Assist in the management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Assist in manage communication channels ranging such as Email and Push Notifications to ensure the performance.
• Scout for relevant key opinion leaders and onboard them as ZUS ambassadors to promote the brand.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, consolidate and analyze data and findings to come out meaningful conclusions and identify potential opportunities.
Working Environment
· Marketing Interns work standard working hours in the office, 5 days a week. They should be able to maintain a good working relationship with all departments,
Career Progress
· Successful Marketing Interns may progress to a permanent position at ZUS Coffee if their performance proves outstanding and the individual is able to go above and beyond to help the growth of the company.

Skills Requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
· Familiar with management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
· Self-starter with ability to work independently.
· Comfortable with multitasking in deadline-driven environments.
· Basic photography and design skills are a plus.
Education & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree/diploma in mass communication, marketing, business, or a related field.
· Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent.
