About The Job

  • Responsible for the sales and account management of general account customers.
  • Develop positive relationships with customers
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the company.
  • Plans and organizes daily work schedule to perform productive sales calls.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume/value of dealers.
  • Submits daily sales activity report and weekly sell out report.
  • Reviews weekly and monthly sales performance to achieve or exceed target.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, merchandising/POSM support, marketing roadshow, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
  2. Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  3. Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
  4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  6. Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
