As a Creative Sales Consultant,
Your Responsibilities will be :
- Attend customer enquiries, assist and compile job brief from clients
- Provide ideas/ solutions through Rtist to help client to solve their creative needs
- Manage the relationships with new or existing customers with good customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up
- You should be an excellent communicator and be comfortable in managing objections and obstacles
- You also need to be a fantastic team player with a problem-solving aptitude.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma or equivalent certification
- Required language(s): English
- Required skill : Sales and Communications
- Applicants must be willing to work in PJ, Dataran Pelangi Utama (work from home during MCO period)
- At least 2 years of experience in the related Sales Industry.
- Creative/ Marketing Agency background will be added value
