Job Description
In this role you will be creating digital branding, marketing and promotional designs and materials for the Digital Acquisition Department. This will include conceptualizing visuals, brainstorming ideas, designing landing pages and banners, animating and optimizing the creatives for our display, brand and product content channels.
Key objective of the role
The designer objective includes designing creatives and providing input to the team, including recommendations on design direction, concept, production and deliverables
Key responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Create static and animated ads
- Create landing pages using Unbounce, Tilda and InstaPage
- Be responsible for all the creative production for the specific channel
- Resize and localize all the assets based on the channel requirement
- Work collaboratively with the team to produce new creatives (landing pages, banners, etc)
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions with the other team members to use best practice in creative design
- Maintain a high standard of quality control from concept to final design
- Monitor industry trends to ensure creative strategy and product remains leading edge
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our design and develop new designs to fill the gaps
- Manage the design library
- Continually optimize creative assets based on A/B testing result
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic and web design
- An impressive design portfolio, demonstrating extensive digital experience
- A keen eye for color, layout, typography, visual hierarchy and most importantly – detail
- Proficiency in the latest design tools including Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Great eye for selecting assets (icons, illustrations, photography) to complement design solutions
- Experience in creating motion graphics / animations (Good to have)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas
- Ability to create high quality content from a constrained brief with short deadlines
- Comfortable on a Mac platform
- Open mind and positive attitude
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of After Effects (Good to have)
- Knowledge of HTML5 (Good to have)
- Experience working with different languages, including Thai, Chinese and Arabic (Good to have)
- Good understanding of Direct Response Marketing (Good to have)
