About The Job

You will be working as a Production Lead in the Marketing Department. Your job is to ensure successful planning and deployment of Content Production. You will need to develop regional project plans, control project schedules, allocate resources to ensure that all projects are complete on time in various markets. You will have to coordinate with many people, departments, and vendors to ensure that content marketing assets are produced and effectively used by different marketing users. You will need to have strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multitasking environment. 

Key responsibilities   
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to: 
  • Work with stakeholders across marketing functions, including Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and external agencies. 
  • Mange communication management and follow-up for Leadership meetings, Discipline meetings, Content and Creative department coordination 
  • Oversee the global and regional production plan and execution of all content and creative production (digital, video, photography, media buying assets) to ensure they are on strategy, on brand, on budget, and on schedule. 
  • Lead campaign asset development across mediums such as graphic sourcing, motion graphics, video, and other content-related projects where needed. 
  • Independently manage marketing asset productions with regional teams, guiding and educating them on best practices and the unique nuances of the Zeal platform. 
  • Vet productions and ensure they are in high quality  
  • Plug into and help refine creative production workflows (troubleshooting and problem-solving) 
  • Provide trainings for new members and existing teams on methodologies and process, change management and policy enforcement, design thinking and design team training 
  • Manage and collaborate closely with centralized resource management function, intricate understanding of talent capabilities across marketing teams. 
  • Content and Media buying department requirement collection, asset production, maintenance, documentation, and distribution of all content and creative assets 
  • Coordination with internal IT for team needs  
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders, management, peers, and executives across the company. 

Job Requirements

Requirements 
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Language, BA or related discipline 
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management role of marketing department 
  • An innate ability to simultaneously support creative goals and business objectives 
  • Open-minded, amazing listener and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills 
  • Highly motivational, inspiring others to create their best work and address challenges creatively 
  • Understanding of the full breadth of creative production from video and photography to editorial copy, UX, UI, and print layout 
  • Familiarity with standard project practices and project management 
  • Understands and adopts principles and practices of good service, recognizing the importance of diplomacy, problem-solving and client focus 
  • Good judgment with the ability to make difficult decisions 
  • Relationship building and relationship management; can forge relationships with internal team members, vendors, and agency groups alike to foster a productive creative services environment
