Job Description
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements, run A/B tests.
- Run single email campaigns and triggered journeys.
- Run push notification campaign, align push with emails.
- Build target audiences.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
- Track and report all direct marketing funnels.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Make sure email and push platforms are working properly and report any issues
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in Marketing department, with minimum 2 years relevant experience in email/direct marketing.
- Proven track record in managing email marketing strategy design and execution.
- Strong analytical skills. Understanding the principles of database management, ability to build target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with email marketing system, preferable SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, SQL is an advantage.
