Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 
  • Lead the Customer Services department to meet company’s needs and achieve goals
  • Demonstrate leadership to motivate the team and manage their performance
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction and other factors in Customer Metric
  • Effectively utilize and allocate resources to ensure 24/7 service
  • Balance customer needs with business requirements and propose internal change and improvement plan
  • Ensure system is efficiently used by the team and meet the standard
  • Identify problems and develop solutions. Prioritize action plan and engage the team to solve problems
  • Ensure company sustainability through improving technology, optimizing procedure, upgrading products and services, and developing talents
  • Conduct performance appraisal. Provide upskilling training and development plan to the team
  • Develop good relationship with stakeholders including the board, marketing team, and business partners.


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline. Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business-related are preferred
  • 10 year of experience in Customers Service/Back Office with at least 5 years of experience in managing a team over 30
  • Experience gained in FX industry is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) and English & Chinese word processing
  • Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
  • Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented
  • Fluent English
