Job Description
- Responding to Mandarin speaking client by inbound phone/email/chat/social media
- Process trading account complaints with regulatory requirement
- Provide platform walkthrough for clients
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline. Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business-related are preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Customers Service/Back Office
- Experience gained in FX/Finance industry is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
- Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented
- Fluent in English, Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Roating Day Off / Shift Hour is required
