About The Job

Responding to Mandarin speaking client by inbound phone/email/chat/social media
Process trading account complaints with regulatory requirement
Provide platform walkthrough for clients
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Degree holder in any discipline. Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business-related are preferred
1-2 years of experience in Customers Service/Back Office
Experience gained in FX/Finance industry is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented
Fluent in English, Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must
Fresh graduates are welcome
Roating Day Off / Shift Hour is required
