Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Responsible of full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee dismissal, performance appraisal, employees’s welfare, maintain employee record
2) Maintain filing system for essential correspondences and documents; maintain all administration office records (office equipment service maintenance, etc.)
3) Supervise office cleaners, and in-house events arrangement.
4) Performs other duties as directed by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILS

1) Written and verbal communication skills
2) Positive attitude
3) Microsoft Office
4) Responsible to perform task

Job Requirements

1) Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource or Business studies or equivalent.
2) Prefer at least 2 years working experience in related field.
3) Required Language: English, Mandarin, Malay
