Job Description
As a Technical Assistant, you are required to have full detail in organizing and calculating the details of every project. If you think you have what it takes to be the most detailed person, come join us and showcase your capability to be able to handle pressure and deadlines.
Your job requires you to perform the following task:

- To work closely with Managing Director on Clients' project site floor plans and requirements of the the clients
Assist Managing Director to prepare tender documents on construction machinery ( tower cranes, passenger hoist and placing boom ) requirements
Assist Managing Director to prepare pre contract activities
Monitoring the the project progress status, omission works and meet the project handover of machinery on time
Ensure proper filing of documentations records from start to the end of each project
Meticulous on details is a must
Knowledge in construction machinery is an added advantage
Any other official duties as instructed by management from time to time
Job Requirements
- Preferred Candidate with minimum 2 yera sof working experience in the construction industry
- Possess good interpersonal communications skills, meticulous, aggressive , initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
- Technical knowledge on construction machinery
