About The Job

  • We are looking for who candidates who would like to explore a BUSINESS in our organization; have a strong interest in financial planning & wealth management. Banking, Finance and Sales fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

  • So, what is your role?
    • Identify & acquire new customers for financial products.
    • Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies to meet clients' financial needs
    • Conducting in-depth reviews of the client’s financial circumstances, current provision and future aims.      
    • Promoting and selling financial products to meet given or negotiated sales targets.

    • Monthly Bonus (4000 -9000 )
    • A road map to Assistant Manager in 1 year and Manager level in 3 years.
    • Attractive Commission Scheme.
    • Monthly have min 3 times commission into bank account
    • Overseas Trips.
    • RM 1 Million Cash Bonus for candidates achieved 5 times MDRT & 1 time COT.
    • Commissions included based on the target achieved.
    • Produce annualized RM12,000 sales per month will get RM4,000 bonus + commission of the product.

  • This position is a MONTHLY ALLOWANCE based, BONUS & COMM not included yet.


Job Requirements

  1.  Diploma/Degree in any field.
  2. Minimum with 2 years of working experiences in any field sales background will be an advantage.
  3. Job training & coaching will be provided.
  4. Computer literate with basic knowledge.
  5. Possess good communication skills and enjoy meeting people.
  6. Energetic, motivated, self-discipline and responsible.
  7. Willingness to work with the training system.
