• Invoicing
• Ensure all related company's necessary Invoices are correctly updated
• Handle client's issue with invoice, CN/DN
• Communicate and attend to clients needs
• Assist Finance Director in preparing monthly management account report/accounting schedule in a timely manner
• Data entries into accounting system AP, AR GL and monthly journal transactions. Update cash book, prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconciliation of inter-companies transactions
• Manage cash flow and ensure all banking matters are diligently and duly attended
• Responsible for project, retail and follow up customer collection to ensure no long outstanding as per company's policy
• Responsible post receivables invoice for the companies on daily basis and issuance CN to customer
• Assist Finance Director on sales tax matter and submission 
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time as instructed by the management

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma /Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer Literate, able to work independently, submit report on time, Good Communications Skills and able to use MYOB Software is an advantage.
• Required Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English 
• *Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin/cantonese speaking clients.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• *** Experience in construction line (to submit project claim) is an advantage
