Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
To support the business partner and overall business in all administration and support functions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for attending dealer/ePartner complaints and dealer/ePartner liaison to ensure their requirements are met

  • Provide operations support to different functions with ePartner Programme including invoice processing, incentives, sale support and reporting

  • Implement and efficient follow-up practice with the objective to deliver excellent service standard

  • Performed critical evaluation of operations to minimize expenses and ensure ePartner/ Customers levels are maintained

  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and monitoring accounts

  • Maintaining general office files and other files related to company’s operations

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin ability to construct grammatically correct sentences with clear and concise sentence construction

  • Excellent comprehension skills

  • Good email etiquettes

  • Strong customer service orientation- situational understanding in addressing customer request by priority

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service roles

  • Experience working in telecommunication industry is an added advantage
