Job Description
This position’s primary role is to oversee and design effective promotion mechanics, provide sales-related support to sales staff, completing administrative tasks related to sales activities, and implementing new policies to make sales processes more efficient. This position also manages cooperation with cross-functional teams to introduce new products or services. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, with well-developed critical thinking and strategizing skills.

- Support Sales/Business Development
- Analyse data and design effective promotional mechanics for clients in all markets the business is involved in.
- Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function.
- Oversees workflow of all pre-sales process including preparation of proposals to support and direct the Sales Support department.
- Assists sales directors with close monitoring of sales process to completion.
- Assists with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals.
- Perform as primary liaison to Product Development, Operations, and various departments as required.
- Work closely with other divisions on projects and activities as and when required.
- Assisting with New Product Development and Sourcing.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate Superior/Management/Directors.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Strong creative, analytical, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Spoken and written Mandarin is an advantage.
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and quick leaner.
