Job Description

• Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
• Assist to handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation and daily transaction management.
• Ensure payments of all supplier invoices are in proper documentation according to SOP before submission for Board approval on weekly basis.
• Assist to prepare sales invoices.
• Issue purchase order and key-in purchase invoices.
• Issuance of credit note & debit note.
• Preparation of foreign remittance via online.
• Filing and other administrative work assigned from time to time.
• To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior and the management as and when required.
• Photocopy/scanning and filling contracts and accounting documents.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, MS Excel, Word,  PowerPoint, Internet and able to learn accounting system.
• Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in daily operations.
• Organised, highly committed, quick leaner and possess good working attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
