The essentials of the role:
• Build, administer, monitor and manage colocation servers, and cloud servers
• Manage CI/CD pipeline
• Implement automation for testing, deployment and configuration
• Manage and maintain monitoring stack
• Able to perform certain degree of testing and vulnerability assessment on all existing systems and new ones
• Maintain and enhance documentation

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• In-depth Linux or Unix knowledge and experience (at least 4 years of experience especially on RedHat, Fedora, Centos, Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD)
• Fundamentals of networking is a must, and experience with network switches, routers and bare metal servers (especially PowerEdge series)
• Must have experience with Git, SVN and be comfortable with Github, CodeCommit and Gitlab
• At least 4 years of experience with Apache & Nginx
• Working experience wth CloudFormation or Terraform; Ansible; Jenkins or CodeDeploy/ CodePipeline
• Comfortable with Python, PHP, Ruby, NodeJS deployment and basic knowledge of a deployment on an infrastructure involving load balancers, firewalls, web servers, application servers, databases, routers/switches.
• Must have at least 2 years working experience with AWS (or Alibaba Cloud) especially on:
i. EC2
ii. RDS
iii. VPC
iv. API Gateway
v. Lambda
vi. ECS
vii. IAM
viii. CloudWatch
• Experience with Prometheus, CloudWatch or Zabbix
• Some experience with containerization and container orchestration
• Must have good analytical skills to debug production and deployment issue
• Someone with positive vibes and possess good communication skill
• Good documentation skill
