Job Description

• Developing new design concepts, graphics and preparing layouts for corporate designs, internal company materials, brochures, flyers, internal images, banner and websites.
• Developing creative ideas, social media strategies and designs to achieve marketing target and enhance marketing collaterals.
• Updating with the latest design trend and contributing ideas to the overall brief and work together with Project Manager with design concept, publicity artwork, web graphic etc.
• Design, build and maintain our presence (digital) and be creative in creating brand awareness, promoting the company’s products /services and driving prospect to conversions.
• Set goals: measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to ensure goals are reached.
• Identify trends, insights, marketing tools and emerging technologies, and build new and creative growth strategies around it
• Manage day to day development of the company’s online platforms to ensure contents are scheduled and update effectively. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Media, Art/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin both verbal and written
• Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in traditional and digital marketing
• Confident in sharing thoughts and ideas
• Good time management, coordination and organizational skills
