About The Job

We’re looking for outgoing, confident individuals who can bring in new members to the space, work to build a community through events planning and execution and above all keep the space looking great. If you love sales, you’ve got an eye for detail, a passion for customer service and the drive to get the job done, then drop us a line with your resume and cover letter. 

Some of the duties and responsibilities look like this:

  • Greet and assist all members and their guests throughout the day, maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Onboard new members
  • Prepare and maintain member amenities such as fruit/tea & coffee etc in the kitchen areas and communal spaces
  • Monitor pantry spaces on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor meeting rooms and event spaces 
  • Ensure the space is looking great at all times
  • Prepare spaces for the hosting of events.
  • Respond to service related emergencies as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Sales experience
  2. Customer service focused
  3. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; human interaction – there’s a lot of it in this role, you'll be the go-to person for our members
  4. Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask projects through from start to finish
  5. An eye for detail. The ‘sell’ in our business is all about first impressions and the space/our team must be looking their best at all times.
