Job Description

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page/app navigation buttons and search fields
• Create assets for page/app
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/pages/apps function and look like
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• One year or more UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio of design projects
• Experience in UI/UX Design/Prototyping softwares such as XD/Sketch/InVision. HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experience that meet needs and vision.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to team members.
• Experience in running UI/UX design under agile methodology.
• Solid typography knowledge and skills.
• Solid understanding of Material Design and IOS 
• An eye for detail and consistency.
• A true collaborator and good teammate, able to work independently and as part of a team.
