Job Description
- Perform a full set of accounts
- Handle auditing submission
- Prepare periodic financial statements, general ledger and accounts including P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports.
- Prepare cash flow reports, analyze and highlight areas of concerns and recommend improvements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation function. In case of discrepancy, investigate and make necessary adjustments
- Perform journal entries, by making reasonably accurate provisions and accruals, and verifying all accounting entries.
- Assist in setting up and improving finance/account policies, processes, procedures, reports, as well as financial accounting and information management systems.
- Invoicing and liaise closely with Operations team on cash collection related issues and problems, to minimize cash shortages and losses
- Ensure all documents are recorded and files timely and adequately.
- Handle payroll
- Handle any ad-hoc related task
Job Requirements
- At least 4 or more years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, logically, consistently and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and discipline to meet deadlines.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
