Job Description

• Scope project requirements and prepare resource and budget for the project
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor project progress while reporting project status to superior and management on a regular basis
• Plan resources allocation throughout all company projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and launch digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring high quality standards are met
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
• Form strong relationships with the client and develop communication channels between the relevant parties
• Provide consultation on best practices to clients on all aspects of the project
• Oversee the project’s financial aspects including budget planning, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project or product management
• Technical knowledge and experience will be a plus, but not mandatory
• Knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle process
• Good time management, ability to handle tight deadlines and perform under pressure
• Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities
• Experience in writing technical and spec documents 
• Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
• Ability to analyse and prioritise multiple tasks on hand
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• High level of initiative and commitment to building a premier project or product for our clients 
• Ability to build a solid working relationship between technical and non-technical colleagues 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to cultivate good working relationships 
• A strong logical thinker with a keen sense of objectivity
• Working Hours: 5 days work week (Monday – Friday)
