Job Description

• Plans and schedules work for the assigned departments’ staff, ensuring proper distribution of work, completion of assignments and ensure the smooth running of operations
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities and to ensure effective and successful people management; proactively including but not limited to recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Resolve escalated client issues brought up to Operations by Customer Service
• Conduct regular checks to ensure that operational processes are being followed
• Deal with escalated issues that your operations team are unable to handle
• Identifies opportunities to seek continuous improvement on work processes, and grow the business

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate well with others.
• Meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and possess an ability to prioritize work.
• Must be proficient with and efficient with advanced features of MS Excel.
• Proficient with MS Word and Powerpoint.
• The effective written and spoken communicator in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage.

• Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Monday - Friday)
