About The Job

Your key focus will be to develop and implement a digital or social media plan that is effectively aligned with our global brand guidelines and business objectives. You will also be able to showcase your excellent communication skills, through writing, editing and proofreading marketing materials where required.
  • Plans, negotiates and executes effective marketing projects and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives, include conceptualising marketing ideas into workable and implementable creative writing masterpiece integrating with design within agreed budget and timeline
  • Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various online media and social media platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness
  • Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) on a continuous basis
  • Creating and executing SMS and Email based marketing campaigns and manage subscriptions and online surveys
  • Reviewing and actively managing website and other online assets and sources e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, with engaging and creative posts including graphic contents 
  • Responds to/follow up on enquiries on the different digital marketing platforms
  • Evaluating, analysing and reporting of marketing campaigns/channels;  plan promotions and other various creative marketing techniques based on research results and submit reports on findings and recommendations to improve business platform and services 
  • Drives alignment and collaboration between service management, editorial or other internal and external parties in meeting marketing objectives
  • Assists manager in planning marketing budget and monitor expenditure
  • Assists manager in creating brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Stays current on market trends, industry standards and competitors
  • Adjusts and react to market risks and opportunities collaboratively to ensure growth of solution portfolio
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams such as the Business Development team to ensure business objectives are comprehensively supported and to maintain effective internal communication
  • To execute other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

Skills & Requirements:
  • To possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia / strong command in spoken and written English
  • Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, presentations and documents to describe a strategy/plan/execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Photoshop, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, plus demonstrates ability to build positive, lasting relationships with customers and establish credibility within the market 
  • A team player with an urgency in work attitude
  • Possesses good problem solving skills and resourceful in executing job functions
  • An outstanding creative sense, with exceptional attention to details
