Job Description

• Handling Customer Enquiries through social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc.
• Maintain a good relationship and follow up with potential customers / existing customers.
• Liaise with customers and able to close the deals
• Responsible to support the department’s business activities and perform all marketing duties assigned by his/her superiors.
• Support and synergize with divisional marketing strategies approved by the management to grow and increase business volume.
• Perform Hospital/Specilaist visits and work creatively with good business acumen to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Work with operational departments and doctors to develop and execute new business initiatives.
• Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Achieve Department Goals and Objectives in the most cost-effective way.
• Perform and assist in Marketing Intelligence survey/research projects when required for business development plan.
• To implement an effective filling system in the office to keep track of all relevant data and records.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Prepare marketing materials including product introduction, company profile, social media posts, and videos, etc.
• Prepare copywriting for advertisements for Social Media Ads
• Handle online or on-ground marketing events including exhibition, roadshow, convention, etc., local or overseas.
• Work closely with in-house multimedia designer team, in-house sales team and liaise with marketing-related third parties

• To achieve sales target set by the company.
• To attend and follow up customer enquiry, feedback and correspondence.
• Reaching out to new clients and maintaining the relationships for long-term business opportunities.
• Preparing proposals, schedule/deadline (calls/visitation) and follow through till checklist submission.
• Attending sales events and/ or workshop
• Reporting regularly on sales activities
• Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients/customers and listening to their wishes and concerns
