Job Description
1. Provide technical support to clients for AI/Smart products.
2. Provide solution and design application according to client’s requirements.
3. Assist sales team onsite demo and technical support.
4. Assist in product research, testing, documenting technical specifications etc.

Job Requirements
1. Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering or related field.
2. Experience in RS485/RS232 communication standards, LAN (Local Area Network),
3. Able to design and setup network packages independently.
4. Outgoing, excellent communication skills, responsible, and proactive.
