Job Description
1. Determine manpower, equipment and raw material needed to cover production demand
2. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
3. Schedule shift according to production needed
4. Monitor jobs to ensure they finish on time and within budget
5. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc)
6. Prepare and submit status and performance reports
7. Keep paperwork organized
8. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
9. Customer billing

Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance Higher Graduate/ STPM/SPM or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years experience in production
3. Working knowledge of MS Office
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skill
5. Excellent communication abilities
6. Able to work overtime and moderate travel
