Administration
Prepare, checking and record:-

Invoice/DO (company system and customer website)
Customer purchase order
Liaise with production for invoicing
Need to travel for Stationery/Toiletries/licenses/pejabat buruh/kastam and etc
Premises Cleanliness/Maintenance – example : aircon/fire-extinguisher/first-aids/toilet/office
Issue purchase requisition

Human Resource

Check and record on:-

Staffs Attendance – leave/medical/lateness/timeoff/overtime
Human Resource process – New Recruitment/Resigned/Training
Company Uniforms
Any others related hr and administration job assigned to you
Liaised with HQ
Training in HQ (when need)

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in any field
Fresh graduated can apply but Must with computer and internet knowledge.
