Job Description

• Able to handle full set of account – AR, AP, Cash Ledger, Fixed Asset, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet 
• Assist with year end closings 
• Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences 
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process 
• Able to prepared and handle shipping and bank documentation 
• Assist with payroll administration 
• Able read and write letter corresponding in English and liaise with oversea suppliers and customers

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent 
2. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices 
3. Proficiency in relevant accounting software – UBS accounting system 
4. Knowledge in Microsoft Offices – Word and Excel
