Job Description

• To prepare presentation deck.
• Have proven track record in event organization and project executed for one year and more.
• Have the personal attributes to interact confidently with clients, suppliers, and cross company team at all different levels of seniority.
• Liase with relevant party to ensure information on events are clearly communicated and the smooth execution on the requirements for each event.
• Source and manage venues, event contractors and suppliers.
• Manage the costs for each event, regularly update a running financial forecast.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policy.

1. Good planning, time management, and organization skill.
2. Supervision to the overall management delivery and success at all events.
3. Good in English proficiency.
