It doesn't just happen automatically. Behind the scenes, we have a team of awesome people working hard to make all the magic happen.
You will be responsible to manage and edit all videos that are produced by the Hiredly Studios Team.
Once you learn the ropes you will be:
- Assembling and manipulating the film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
- Creating attractive and engaging motion graphic/animation to further enhance storytelling of a video.
- Grasping the production team’s needs and specifications and working closely with the director/producer to match their vision.
- Consult with stakeholders from pre-production all the way to post-production.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing techniques/technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximise efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision. We need someone dependable - organisational and time management skills are a MUST!
- Great team and communication skills are a must! We are very collaborative here.
- Good proficiency in using Adobe Softwares (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition). Any other software is a bonus!
- Experienced in creating motion graphics/animation in videos.
- Ability to take & follow instructions, while having a creative eye for improvements.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, can be calm under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot with minimal assistance when technical issues arise.
- 1-2 years of experience in a video editing role.
- 1-2 years of experience in the video production/ advertising/ creative field is a bonus.
