About The Job

* work together as a team to support the sales team requests and optimise the sales process
* provide friendly and effective support to customers' inquiries over live chat
* analyse and understand customers' problems and then propose compelling solutions
* generate data reporting and analysis for client renewal
* assist relationship managers in providing 7 star service

WOBB is a Malaysian job search platform founded in 2014 by Derek Toh, a former Associate Director at international recruitment firm. We officially launched our mobile app and website in 2015, generating positive traction and feedback from purpose-driven and innovation-led employers searching for a job platform that focuses on company culture.
