About The Job

We are looking for Sales Consultants to take WOBB to the next level. Whether you're driven by money, recognition or even the experience of dealing with different companies, sales is probably the most exciting and well rewarded role out there. This role requires people who are highly driven by numbers and always strive to make it double! 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 
  • Manage existing, new and potential clients. Listen to their wishes and concerns, then deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Listen and probe prospect needs and budget before recommending suitable products or solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 
  • Familiarize yourself with the CRM system and use it well to prospect for new clients.
  • Develop  and accomplish a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information then carry out an efficient documentation and reports. 
  • Always looking for new solutions and systems to improve sales process flow (Raise your standards).
  • Maintains professional and updated sales knowledge by attending online educational workshops.
  • Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets set by higher Management (Give your 110%)
  • Provide an activity summary report at the end of every working day to Team Manager.
  • To be responsible for any ad-hoc assignment by Inside Sales Team Manager. 

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
  • Good presentation skills, persuasive and pleasant.
  • Computer literacy and keyboarding skills are needed.
  • Willing to give 110% in work and always raising standards.
  • A good team player, support and appreciate others.
  • Minimum two years of experience with sales.
