Job Description

You are responsible for making sure that WOBB is happy place to work. You must be a people person, enjoy connecting with all your colleagues and an advocate of WOBB's core values and culture. 

You will also be partnering with hiring managers to help them build their team  and help us to build an organization with good dynamic. 

 
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Recruitment: reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates, sorting applications.
  2. Data management.
  3. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee happiness activities.
  4. Office administration task and also other areas which may need you.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who is willing to take initiative to go the extra miles to make sure that all wobbsters have a great home. Someone who is always giving their 110% and constantly raise the standards on how things are done here in a fast manner!

This role would be most relevant for Human Resource/Business Administration/Mass Communication/Secretarial or equivalent backgrounds. But, we'll consider applications from all faculties. We are also looking for someone who have a strong passion to learn new things, positive minded and can work independently as well as in a group.
