Job Description

As a Customer Service Intern, you are responsible for developing customer relationships and ensuring our customers are receiving 7 Star Service from us. We are looking for someone who can think out of the box and turn our customer experience at Hiredly from great to excellent.

Your day to day responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive
  • Handle enquiries on our live chat, emails and calls
  • Provide product support to customers
  • Gather overall feedback, study the pattern and identify best practices.
  • Assist to source candidates to our clients

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with these requirements:

  • You need to have good communication skills
  • Be self-motivated and possess ability to work productively under minimal supervision.
