Job Description

Internal business support is very important to a company. As a business operations intern, you will be:

  • Running office administration to ensure that all business and employees needs are well taken care of.
  • Assisting in special projects, such as setting up office management and improvement, and providing logistics support for activities happening in the office.
  • Ensuring that visitors have a pleasant experience during their visit (greeting, ushering, etc.).
  • Assisting in employee related events organisation and management.
  • Doing basic accounting and data entry tasks.
  • Supporting other special projects and ad-hoc tasks that will help the company grow.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Proactive and go-getter attitude as you would be working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and a responsible character.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute tasks given by superior.
  • Have a positive attitude, approachable and a believer in team spirit. 
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Excellent hands-on skills with an eye for detail and able to work independently.
