The Corporate Sales Team works on a portfolio of companies that’s 200 headcount and above. As a Corporate Sales Consultant you are responsible to hunt and build strong relationships with all companies and convert them into our happy clients.

We are looking for a long term partnership with all our clients. Therefore, you must be able to identify needs and pain points of our clients to promote the right solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospects in all possible ways - from cold calls to networking events
  • Build rapport and manage relationships with new and existing clients
  • Hit daily KPIs, achieve and/or exceed individual and team sales target
  • Understand client’s recruitment needs and propose right solutions

  • We welcome all different backgrounds so a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject is acceptable 
  • We are looking for a background of fresh graduates up till 5 years of relevant experience!
  • A great talker and an even better listener would be a big asset here
  • Relevant corporate sales experience will be a bonus - identify business  opportunities! 
  • Able to travel to meet clients (when needed)
