Job Description

• Create visuals, videos, and other media contents for the company.
• Manage the company’s Social Media Accounts ensuring contents are pre-approved and posted every week.
• Research, plan, and create content strategies to boost marketing efficiency in leads generation and talents engagement.
• Be our brand monitor to observe mentions of iWisers and what other brands are doing to identify how we can further improve. 
• Oversee the usage of visual and written contents in alignment with our brand manual and corporate identity.
• Liaise with external parties for PR and Marketing value, including networking with publishers, actively identify events and organizers for leads generation.
• Actively keep up to date with industry trends and happenings, with focus on trends and opportunities to increase our brand visibility, reach, and reputation. 
• Create promotional contents and materials including posters, buntings, flyers, and etc.
• Assist to design any materials for business necessities including promotional contents, merchandise, internal functions, and etc.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) 
2. Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
3. Good communications skill - Adequate writing / report writing capability 
4. Familiar with Social Media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter) 
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and results oriented

1. Proficiency in multiple languages preferred; English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil
2. Video editing and Photography skills would be a strong advantage 
3. Familiarity or understanding of Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing industry
