Job Description

Admin Duties : 
  • In charge of petty cash; budgeting bookkeeping and expenses.
  • Coordinate daily lunch orders for all staff.
  • Coordinate company routine and periodic events on monthly and annual basis.
  • Coordinate and perform IT setup for Team's Weekly Meetings.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Management Team when necessary.
  • Manage phone calls, correspondence, and deliveries (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place routine orders.
  • Liaising with external parties such as suppliers, contractors, engineers, etc for office maintenance.
  • Responsible for festive decorations and aesthetics of the office.
  • Assist with office supplies procurement (medical/stationery/etc).
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

HR Duties
  • Carrying out effective recruitment activities/processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates for relevant vacancies.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. 
  • Assist with new-joiners onboarding.
  • Monitor staff attendance records.
  • Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Company 

Job Requirements

  • A final-year student pursuing tertiary education in H&Admin or other relevant courses and open to a full-time staff conversion.
  • Immediate commencement for a minimum of 4 months internship term.
  • Strong interest and commitment to routine and periodic activities planning and coordination.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Bubbly and easy-going personality.
  • Competent use of MS Office software and Google Workspace/Suites (GDrive).
