Job Description
- Close liaison with Brand Team, 3rd party agencies and internal cross functional teams to ensure marketing and trade activities are executed accordingly
- Manage the development and execution of promotional packs & premiums
- Assist in requisition of new product codes, barcodes, fill in product maintenance form, pricing form and BOM maintenance form
- Responsible in preparing monthly sales and production/inventory tracking report
- To carry out panel test and collate questionnaires when required by the brand team, within the required time frame
- To assist brand management team in organizing and coordinating launches, activities & PR events
- Monitor issue related to product quality, stock delivery schedule and inventory control
- Assist brand team in day to day operations including coordinating delivery of POSM and premiums to branches, product sample requisitions, preparation of listing samples and other administrative duties
- Preparation of monthly bulletin, photography shooting for new product launch within stipulated time
- To ensure all new products updated and displayed in all display cabinets
- To arrange working lunches, marketing samples and personal use every alternate month
- Keep confidentiality in Marketing Department and curb easy access by outsider
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
- Ability to work in multi task role and have skills in general administrative duties
- Computer literate (Excel,Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage
- Able to work accurately with numbers and compile reports
- Good English and Bahasa Communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team player
- Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
- Able to work within given deadline
