Job Description

Coordinate and facilitate ISO-related training programs (ie: communication with training providers, communication with participants, Food & Beverage arrangement, training evaluation, etc)
Ensure that all ISO-related monthly training reports are updated and submitted accordingly
Assist in ensuring the Training Calendar records are updated accordingly & accurately
Assist in ensuring successful tracking, reporting and archive of training and development plans which were executed
Assist in Onboarding Experience for the new recruits (ie: preparation of Onboarding Welcome Kits, welcome and ensuring newcomers are sent to their appropriate dept on 1st day onboarding, etc)
Ensuring regular and accurate updating of CV Databank
Assist in employment branding activities such as career fairs, university collaboration programs and other similar employer branding events
Provide support in other areas of human resources and assist in ad hoc projects as required. As when required

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate confidently with people from various background and level
Easy-going personality and good team player
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
Being social media and tech savvy will be an added advantage
