PROCUREMENT ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for dynamic, customer service and quality minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2020. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your accounting knowledge and expertise working for a well-known, fast growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.
Responsibilities:
- Validate the data in PR form
- Create Purchase requisition and purchase order in the system based on details provided
- Manage PR & PO cancellation
- Managing good receipts process from verifying data from PO/ invoice to creation of good receipts in system
- Ensure accuracy of data being captured in system, review and release request in system
- Follow up on open items and issues for closure
- Resolving the discrepancy with requestor, account payable and vendor
- Perform User Assessment Testing (UAT) for new database systems and software updates if required.
- Drive process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Accounting/ Business/ Finance Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required
- Candidate with SAP knowledge or working experience in SSC environment
- Candidate flexible to support different time zone (5am – 2pm)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to handle tight timeline
- Action oriented, with good analytical skills
