Job Description

What we expect

  • Manages the operational relationship of key accounts, and ensure effective communication and working relationships between clients, partners and team members
  • Act as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of marketing and operational issues of high complexity
  • Solid understanding, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Prepares and runs performance review / report with client, partners and team members and drives improvement plans
  • Able to consult and advise on operational matters to internal team members up to Director level
  • Independent, energetic, focused with a positive attitude
  • Can speak and write in both English and Chinese as we have accounts from across the Asia Pacific region
  • Good interpersonal skills and an optimistic and passionate outlook towards duties
  • Capable to handle multiple concurrent tasks and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Good time management capability and willing to work long hours when required

Job Requirements

What we require

  • Experience and familiar with advertising / marketing / digital industry
  • Familiar with Mac OS, Adobe and Microsoft Office tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses own transport
  • Must be willing to work in Dataran Mentari, Petaling Jaya
